Want to see what structures have been destroyed?

Sonoma County put out this map that shows each home damaged or destroyed by the fire. It is daunting and powerful! You can see how Downtown Sonoma and Boyes Hot Springs were barely spared. Please note that damage assessment is still on-going. If a structure point does not appear on the map it may still have been impacted by the fires. Here is an update as of this morning from the Cal.gov fire page. The good news is the fires have become more and more contained.

1) The Central LNU Complex (Tubbs, Pocket, Nuns fires) has burned a total of 110,720 acres. 6957 structures were destroyed and 486 damaged.
2) #TubbsFire (Calistoga, Santa Rosa) is 36,807 acres and 95% contained.
3) #PocketFire (Geyserville) is 17,357 acres and 94% contained.
4) #NunsFire (Sonoma, Glen Ellen, Mt. Veeder/Napa, Kenwood, Oakmont, Carneros) is 56,565 acres and 94% contained.
5) #AtlasFire (Napa & Sonoma Counties) is 51,624 acres and 97% contained.
Weather conditions have remained hot, dry and windy across much of the region this week. Fire and utility personnel continue mop up and suppression repair activities. They will remain in the area for some time. Please use caution when driving in the effected areas. Some areas are being deemed safe for re-entry, allowing residents to return and visit specific damaged and destroyed areas.
